Annual General Meeting & Potluck BBQ
Notice is hereby given that an annual meeting of the members of Glacier Ski Club (the "Club") will be held at Biindigen Pavilion, Couchiching Beach Park in Orillia on Sunday September 24, 2023 at 11:00 am (Toronto time), for the following purposes:
(1) to present the financial statements of the Club for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023.
(2) to elect directors of the Club for the ensuing year;
(3) to consider, and if thought advisable, to pass a resolution approving the regular program fees for the 2023-2024 ski season; and
(4) to transact any such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
All families are welcome and encouraged to attend. We are looking for more board members and more board involvement. This is a great way for members to discuss what will be happening at Glacier during the upcoming season.
LocatIon: Biindigen Pavilion, Couchiching Beach Park in Orillia. The park is approximately a 20 minute drive East of Mount St Louis Moonstone.
Logistics: There is free parking available near the Pavilion.

What to bring: We will be organizing a potluck BBQ and asking all families to contribute either a side/ appetizer / desert etc...there is 60-seat picnic seating so we suggest everyone bring a camping chair. Other items we need will be added to the potluck list. A sign-up sheet will be circulated in the next week to coordinate what everyone is bringing. We ask everyone to please RSVP to the invite and select from the food/item list what your family will bring to the BBQ.
Volunteers Needed: A volunteer sign-up sheet will also be circulated for the BBQ, prep and clean-up, beach activities and team building fun!

Mandatory Fitness Testing: For our OCUP and FIS athletes, please note that the mandatory AOA fitness test for this season is not part of this event. More details on the AOA fitness test dates and location will be circulated soon.
Bike Ride: We are planning to organize a fun bike ride for all during the afternoon so bring you bikes and helmets!
