2025-2026 Program and Camps

Regular Season Programs

1. Base program:

  • Starts : January 3 to March 8
  • Meeting Place : Just outside the Moonstone lodge doors at 8:50am.  Day ends at 2pm.
  • Lunch :
    • U8 - U10 : 11:30 - 12:00PM
    • U12 + : 12:00 - 12:30PM
    • U14 - U16 : Lunch may change on training schedule
    • Ages are as of Dec 31st of the current season.
  • Snacks : We recommend pocket snacks for all athletes.
  • Includes Saturday's and Sunday's  
  • U8 through U19

  • Cost : $1,760 (Christmas Camps extra)

2. Extended program 

  • Starts : Dec 20st and runs every weekend until Hill close.
  • Meeting Place : Just outside the Moonstone lodge doors at 8:50am.  Day ends at 2pm.
  • Lunch :
    • U8 - U10 : 11:30 - 12:00PM
    • U12 + : 12:00 - 12:30PM
    • U14 - U16 : Lunch may change on training schedule
  • Snacks : We recommend pocket snacks for all athletes.
  • Includes Christmas camps

  • Cost $2,670

​​3. Max program: (OCUP, FIS)

  • Starts : December 21st (earlier if weather allows)
  • Includes the option of starting the week before weather permitting. It will run until the ski hill closes.
  • Includes Friday training which begins on January 12
  • Includes both winter break camps.
  • Includes all coaching fees throughout the entire season (max means you pay for all coaching up front)
  • Max (OCUP/FIS) Fees
    • Total Fee: $3665 (Fees do not include any race fees - To be collected throughout the season based on races entered)

4. Christmas Break Camps:

  • December 20-23 : $365
  • December 27-30 : $365
  • Meeting Place : Just outside the Moonstone lodge doors at 8:50am.  Day ends at 2pm.
  • Lunch :
    • U8 - U10 : 11:30 - 12:00PM
    • U12 + : 12:00 - 12:30PM
    • U14 - U16 : Lunch may change on training schedule
  • Snacks : We recommend pocket snacks for all athletes.
  • All 6 Days (both camps) $675

Notes : 

  • for U8 and U10, parents must drop off and pick up at the meeting location. This goes for morning, lunch pickup and drop off, and end of day. Athletes will not be released without a parent.
  • Snacks: We recommend pocket snacks for all athletes. 

Training Times

  • 9am to 2pm (Lunch break for U8/U10)
