Channels of Communication at Glacier Ski Club

  • Ski Club Pro
    • Ski Club Pro is the club's registration system.
    • Announcements from the board of directors, coaches, and team managers are sent via email and/or text messages regularly during the season and off-season.
    • Parents can update their profile to include their athlete in communications.
  • WhatsApp
    • Each team has its own WhatsApp group
    • All registered families will receive an email invitation. Email to request access if you did not receive an invite.
  • Newsflash
    • A Newsflash is emailed weekly during the regular ski season with important updates. Less frequent updates are sent during the off-season.
    • Archived versions are available on the website front page.
    • Registration for the Newsflash can be made via the website front page and through Ski Club Pro.
  • Calendar
    • A calendar of events is published on the website and updated as events are made available.
    • Users can subscribe to the calendar on the phone/table/Outlook/etc.... Instructions can be found here.
    • To manage all of the volunteer events and activities, members will be invited to sign-up at throughout the course of the season.
    • The volunteer system will contact you to confirm your attendance and remind you about your upcoming events.
    • Event coordinators may contact you through this system directly.
